Pat Cox

Pat is a well-known and established real estate professional in the San Ramon Valley with over 25 years of experience. She has an intimate knowledge of the local real estate marketplace. In particular, she focuses her expertise in Alamo, Blackhawk, Danville, Diablo, Dublin, Pleasanton, San Ramon and Walnut Creek. Her uncompromising service is evidenced by the fact that 85-90% of her business comes from repeat clients and referrals. Over the years, she has also had success managing relocation transactions with a variety of companies including Chevron, IBM, Anheuser Busch, PMI Corportaion, GE, Mervyn’s, Vanity Fair/The North Face, AT & T, Ernst & Young and Old Navy. From condos to million dollar estates, Pat has experience helping people buy and sell from all walks of life.

Pat graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and received her California Teaching Credential from University of California, Riverside. After thirteen years of teaching elementary school in Southern California as well as locally at Greenbrook and Twin Creeks, Pat entered the real estate business. She has enjoyed helping her clients fulfill their dreams ever since!

Pat and her husband, Les, have been married for over 30 years. They lived in Danville for 20 years and currently live in Alamo. They have 3 children (Kevin, Cameron and Wendy) and 4 grandchildren (Casey, Kylie, Elijah & Lydia). When Pat is not selling houses, she takes pleasure in tending to her garden (she talks to her tomatoes), taking walks around her neighborhood and being a grandmother.

Constantly pouring through the listing inventory as well as previewing homes in person gives Shiloh an advantage both in determining value for new listings and in narrowing down possible matches for buyers who do not have the time to look at every home in the valley.

Shiloh grew up in San Diego where he frequented the beach and developed his love for the ocean. After graduating from UCLA with a degree in Business Economics, Shiloh pursued a call to youth ministry. In 1998 he moved to the Peninsula and served as High School/Junior High Director for Western Hills Church in San Mateo where he spent a few years investing in the leaders of tomorrow. When that call was complete Shiloh and his wife moved to the East Bay where they purchased their first home in Dublin.

When he has free time Shiloh enjoys working on his car, playing basketball, running, snowboarding and riding waves. Most of all, Shiloh enjoys spending time with his wife and college sweetheart (and co-worker), Wendy. They reside in Danville with their son, Elijah, and daughter Lydia.
